INSTALLATIONS

We control quality from the origin, thus, our suckling lambs and lambs belong to the Castilla y León region and mostly from Burgos. The breeds are autochthonous and mostly belong to the PGI, Suckling Lamb Denomination of Origin from Castilla y León, as well as the Tileno live stock farmer association.

Our quartering and packaging room has the most hygienic means and advanced technology, our vacuum packagers have the capacity of up to half of a suckling lamb or lamb. Everything is prepared to satisfy the most demanding client.
